HURRICANE PREP & CLEAN-UP
Ready for the storm.
Prepared before. Restored after.
A storm plan for your home, carried out by a local team while you focus on staying safe.
Before, during and after.
June through November, whether you’re in town or not.
We plan.
A walk-through of your home and a storm plan to match.
We prep.
Furniture secured, shutters up, house set.
We check.
An inspection once it’s safe, with photos sent to you.
We reset.
Debris cleared, shutters down, furniture back out.
Storm prep, handled.
Every home is different. Your plan is too.
Custom storm plan
What gets stored, what gets shuttered and what gets watched, decided well before a storm is named.
Outdoor furniture
Brought inside or strapped down. For seasonal owners, it’s usually done at departure.
Arrival & departureShutter check
Before the season, we confirm your shutters are on site, fit properly and open and close as they should.
Shutters up, shutters down
Installed or closed when a storm is tracking our way. Removed once it has passed.
Post-storm inspection
A walk-through inside and out as soon as it’s safe, with a report you can see from anywhere.
Clean-up & repairs
Debris removed, the property reset, and any damage documented with the right pros lined up.
Guaranteed storm prep.
An annual add-on to your management plan. Enroll at the start of the season, and when a storm is coming, your home is already on our list.
Enrolled
- Your home walked and your storm plan on file before the season
- Prep guaranteed for every storm, no phone call needed
- First storm included; additional storms handled per storm
- Post-storm check and report as soon as it’s safe
Not enrolled
- A call once a storm is already named
- We help as time allows, after enrolled homes
- No plan on file, so we start from scratch
- We can’t promise we’ll get to every request
Good to know.
Do you guarantee my shutters?
For enrolled homes, we guarantee the work gets done, not how a storm treats the house. We make sure your shutters are on site, fit and operate before the season, and we put them up when a storm is coming. Storms are unpredictable, so we can’t be responsible for how shutters or the property hold up.
I’m gone all summer. Is my home ready?
If we handle your departure, outdoor furniture is already stored or strapped before you leave, so the house is set before the first storm.
Can you help with insurance?
We photograph any damage so you have a clear record to share with your insurer.
When should I join the Storm Priority Program?
Before hurricane season starts. Enrolled homes are first on our list, with a storm plan on file and a guaranteed spot on our schedule. Without enrollment, we may not have the crew to reach every home after a storm.
What happens after the storm passes?
We take down any hurricane panels, check the home, send photos and start the clean-up, from palm fronds and debris to lining up repairs.
How do we get started?
Call (561) 206-HIDE before the season and we’ll put your storm plan together.
