ABOUT HIDEAWAY PROPERTIES
Our story.
Every home deserves to feel like a hideaway.
Hideaway Properties is a local, full-service home company serving Palm Beach County and Babcock Ranch. We manage and maintain homes, watch over them while owners are away, build the upgrades that make them feel custom, and host guests in our own vacation homes. Whatever your home needs, it all starts with one call.
Meet the founder
AJ Hivnor
Founder & Owner
A third-generation real estate professional, AJ grew up in the business, learning sales, appraisal, and development long before he founded Hideaway Properties. He earned his degree in business and financial planning from the University of Kentucky, and today he is a REALTOR® with Sotheby’s International Realty.
That background shapes everything Hideaway does. AJ understands homes from every angle: how they’re built, how they’re valued, and what it takes to protect them. He started Hideaway to bring that perspective to homeowners in a more personal way, with one local team that cares for every home as if it were its own.
Whether it’s a home watch visit, a custom upgrade, or welcoming guests to a Hideaway stay, his goal is always the same: complete peace of mind for every owner.

Local, for the long haul
We live and work in the communities we serve, and we stick around long after the job is done.
Where we work
Two places we call home. Every service in both.
