Utilities, planned
Many Florida homes are built with gas, water and exterior power already in place for an outdoor kitchen. If yours isn’t, we’ll take care of it.
Replacements & rebuilds
If your kitchen is damaged or dated, we can replace it. That might mean a single appliance or an entirely new build.

Will my project need permits?
It depends on the property and the scope. We’ll let you know during your estimate walk-through.
Will my grill need venting?
Almost always, with a vent hood. Depending on your layout, we’ll vent it out the wall or through the roof.
Can you replace a damaged or dated kitchen?
Yes. We handle the demo and haul-off of your old kitchen, then install the new one.
Will it hold up to salt air?
Yes. The cabinetry we source is made specifically for outdoor kitchens from a marine-grade polymer. It won’t rust, rot or swell in salt air, sun or humidity.
Can you build an outdoor kitchen in Babcock Ranch?
Yes. Many Babcock Ranch homes already have gas, water and power at the lanai, which makes adding an outdoor kitchen simpler.
