Yes. Our remodeling and contracting team can take on the project, or we can oversee the contractors you’ve hired.
How often will I get updates?
We set a schedule with you at the start, and you always hear from us right away if something comes up.
Do you work with my contractor or bring your own?
Either. We oversee the contractor you’ve hired, or we quote out trusted local pros. We’re also happy to quote against a contractor you already have, so you can choose the best option.
Will you be there for inspections and HOA visits?
Yes. When a project needs permits, we handle the county inspections and HOA visits on site. Much of our work doesn’t require permits at all.
Can you manage a renovation while I’m out of state?
That’s exactly what we do. We meet while you’re here to lock in the plan and design, then complete the work while you’re away, so it never gets in your way.
