PALM BEACH COUNTY
Your local team in Palm Beach County.
Area experts for the homes that sit empty half the year.
Palm Beach County has more than 66,000 seasonal homes. Come spring, a lot of those homes go quiet right through the heat, the humidity and hurricane season. We live here and work here, so your home always has someone close by who knows it, checks on it and handles whatever comes up before you’re back.
Households countywide, from the coast to the Glades
Seasonal homes across the county, many empty half the year
Of hurricane season, June 1 – Nov 30, mostly while owners are away
Coast to country. We cover the county.
Barrier-island estates, golf and gated communities, downtown condos and equestrian acreage out west. Every one comes with its own HOA rules, gate procedures and quirks, and we know them.

We live here. Your home benefits.
Out-of-town owners don’t need another contractor to manage. They need someone local who already knows the people, the places and what Florida does to a closed-up house.
A vendor network we’ve built
Plumbers, electricians, AC techs, roofers, pool and landscape crews we know by name. They pick up when we call, show up when they say, and price fairly because we keep them busy.
Close enough to matter
A storm passes, an alarm trips, the power blinks. We’re on site in hours, not days, and you get photos before you even have to ask.
Hurricane prep & clean-upWe know Florida houses
Humidity, salt air, summer downpours and an AC that quietly quits in August. Those are what hurt homes here, and our checks are built around them.
One call, one team
Home watch, management, maintenance and upgrades under one roof, including barns and acreage out in Wellington.
Equestrian property careYour whole year, covered.
Most of our owners are here for the season and gone for the summer. Here’s how we fill in the rest of the calendar.
We close it up.
Outdoor and pool furniture stored, AC set to your preference, water off, doors and windows locked and the alarm set.
We keep watch.
Weekly and monthly inspections with a report after every visit. If a storm is tracking, we prep. When it passes, we check and report.
We get it ready.
House cleaned, kitchen restocked to your list, outdoor furniture back out, AC and pool heater set. We can even get your car to you at the airport.
You enjoy it.
You’re home. We handle the maintenance, the vendors and anything on your list so you don’t have to.
Small problems, caught early.
Every visit is documented, and if something looks off you hear from us right away, not at the end of the month.

Which parts of Palm Beach County do you serve?
From Delray Beach north through West Palm Beach and Wellington, up to Jupiter and the new golf communities inland.
My home is in a gated community. Do I still need home watch?
Gates keep people out. They don’t catch a slow AC leak, a tripped breaker, a running toilet or a roof that took a hit in a storm. That’s what we’re there for.
What happens when a hurricane is heading our way?
We follow your storm plan: shutters, outdoor furniture, pool, photos before and after. Once it passes, we check the house and report back right away.
Can you meet contractors and deliveries for me?
Yes. As your key holder we open up, stay on site while work is done and lock up when they leave.
Do you work in Avenir and the new golf communities?
Yes. We look after homes in Avenir and the new golf communities west of Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington, as well as established neighborhoods from Delray Beach to Jupiter.
How do we get started?
Call (561) 206-HIDE or send us a note. We’ll walk the property with you and build a plan around how you use the home.
