EQUESTRIAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Show-ready, year-round.
On call while you’re in town. Big projects while you’re away.
Horse properties run on routine, and the last thing you need is someone in the way. We stay out of your hair during the season and come running when something needs fixing. When you leave, we take on the bigger repairs and projects so the farm is ready when you and the horses come back.
Out of your way. Always on call.
Your farm needs different things at different times of the year, and we handle both.
In season
- On call for anything that breaks
- Manure removal on your schedule
- Lawn, landscape and pasture oversight
- Pest and fly control managed
- Vendors scheduled around your riding and show days
- Out of your barn routine and out of your hair
Off season
- Big repairs and projects, done while the barn is quiet
- Fence, gate and paddock repairs
- Barn, stall and wash rack fixes
- Arena footing and drainage work
- Pressure washing, painting and refreshes
- Property watch on the barn and the house
Every season starts and ends with us.
Moving a barn in and out every year is a big job. We take it off your plate on both ends.
Ready before the trailers pull in.
Barn, grounds and house prepped, and the season’s vendors and deliveries lined up, so you can unload and ride.
Move-out, handled.
We plan around your shipping day and take care of the barn clean-out and close-up, start to finish.
Projects begin.
Property watch starts and the off-season repairs and upgrades get underway, so everything is done before next season.
Both ends of the season, handled.
Before you arrive
- Barn, aisles and wash racks pressure washed
- Stalls cleaned and ready for bedding
- Fences, gates and paddocks checked
- Arena dragged and footing ready
- Pastures mowed and landscaping sharp
- House cleaned, cooled and stocked
At season’s end
- Move-out coordinated around your shipping day
- Stalls stripped and the barn cleaned out
- Manure and old bedding hauled away
- Tack and equipment cleaned and stored
- Barn and house locked up and secured
- Off-season projects lined up

Estate managementRun by a horse person.
Our founder has been riding and around horses his whole life. We know a barn runs on routine, so we work around your horses, your riders and your show calendar, and we never get in the way.
Good to know.
Do you take care of the horses?
No. Your barn manager, grooms, farrier and vet take care of the horses. We take care of the property around them.
Will you be around the barn all the time?
No. While you’re in town we stay out of your way and come when you call. The big work happens in the off season.
What kind of off-season projects do you take on?
Fence and gate repairs, barn and stall fixes, arena footing and drainage, painting, pressure washing and upgrades. If the farm needs it, ask.
Can you handle our move-out at the end of the season?
Yes. We coordinate it around your shipping day, strip and clean the stalls, haul out manure and old bedding, store tack and equipment, and close up the barn and house.
Can you manage the main house too?
Yes. The same team that looks after the barn and grounds can handle home watch, maintenance and everything else for the house.
How do we get started?
Call (561) 206-HIDE or send us a note. We’ll walk the property with you and build a plan around your season.
