How is this different from home watch?
Home watch is a set schedule of inspections and reports. Estate management includes that and everything else: maintenance, vendors, cleaning, arrivals and departures, all run by your own property manager.
Can I keep the vendors I already use?
Of course. If you have people you trust, we’ll coordinate with them. If you don’t, we’ll bring in ours.
What happens if something breaks while I’m away?
We’re on call. We get the right pro out fast, meet them at the house, oversee the repair and keep you posted until it’s handled.
Can you rent my home out when I’m not using it?
Yes. Our rental management service handles everything: photos, staging, marketing, bookings, guests and turnovers. It pairs perfectly with estate management.
Which areas do you serve for estate management?
All of Palm Beach County and Babcock Ranch, plus the surrounding areas.
Can you oversee my household staff and vendors?
Yes. We coordinate your housekeepers, landscapers, pool service and other staff, and make sure your home keeps getting their best work while you’re away.
