What happens if you find a problem?
We call you right away. With your OK, we line up the right vendor and see it through.
I have cameras. Do I still need home watch?
Cameras show you a doorway. They can’t tell you the AC quit, a toilet is running or there’s a leak under the sink. We walk the whole house and catch what a camera can’t.
How often should my home be checked?
At least once a month. Many clients choose weekly, because more frequent visits catch small problems early, like a water stain from a slow leak, pests or a failing appliance, before they become big ones.
Can you let in cleaners, contractors and deliveries?
Yes. As your key holder we let them in, stay while the work is done and lock up when they leave.
Do you offer home watch near me?
We provide home watch across Palm Beach County, from Delray Beach to Jupiter and Wellington, and in Babcock Ranch.
