Lots of our clients aren’t here while we work. We send regular photo updates, handle access and security, and keep the project moving so you come back to a finished home.

How long will my remodel take?
It depends on the scope. You’ll get a timeline up front and updates as we go.
Can you work while I’m away?
Yes. That’s one of our specialties. We handle access and keep you posted with photos.
Do you remodel kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. Our plumbers, electricians, tile setters, drywall crews and cabinet installers are on staff or on retainer, so we can handle whatever the job needs.
Will I see a design before work starts?
Yes. You’ll see mock-ups of the finished project before we start. They’re as accurate as we can make them, though no rendering captures every detail exactly.
Will my remodel need permits?
Some parts might. New plumbing, gas lines and ventilation usually need a permit. We’ll tell you which pieces do while we quote the job, and we handle the permits.
